"We loved our room here!! Beautiful Disney view, but the bathrooms could use some updating… Also wasn’t a fan of the breakfast options either; there is a cafe or a breakfast buffet… the cafe had very limited food options (4 breakfast sandwiches and pastries) and the breakfast buffet just wasn’t what we wanted we wanted more a la carte options"

"Unfortunately, the floor we were staying on had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. We notified the staff on multiple occasions, but the issue was never resolved. It was disappointing to have to deal with this, especially after bringing it to their attention several times. We expected a cleaner and more comfortable environment."
