"This hotel is absolutely stunning! The location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing throughout my stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. One of the nice surprises was the complimentary wine offering, which was a great touch and added to the overall experience. "The room had a kitchenette and the room was fine. It seemed clean, with the exception of hair around in the bathroom area. We chose it because it had a pool for the kids, but there was no pool."

"Parking $18 is expensive and you have to pay for it to a third party over the Internet. Then the garage is a good long walk from the lobby. Internet access is expensive at $12.95. Breakfast is also expensive and there really is no close alternatives."

My mom, an 80 yr old woman has trouble walking around so I asked him where the elevator is located in which he just pointed to the back. "I booked a room there because I was traveling with three kids and I needed a pool, 3 PM check in and a balcony room. I got none of the above when I showed up at 2:55. And if I wanted the balcony room that I booked I would’ve had to wait longer to get a room with three exhausted kids who just drove six hours so I submitted to the room without the balcony. Then I found out the pool wasn’t open. It was difficult for me to keep kids occupied there. For me it wasn’t the most pleasant stay. I did get...
