"Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country."

"Property was not cleaned very well. Two week stay and no change of towels or bedding - had to take time out to clean them ourselves. Wifi did not work - was told it was because of the weather and then it came to light it was the owners account issue (sounded like this was not news) and was never fixed in the two weeks. Because the Wifi was not available there was no Smart TV. Outside area was not one to use and had not been cleaned for a long time. Damp smells in some of the rooms. General...

"Escape to a Dreamy Alpine Retreat in Podkoren, Kranjska Gora, Slovenia! Tanja Rauh's house is a gem! Two families, ten in total, spent 4 magical nights here. With warm hospitality and charming decor, the house offers an idyllic stay. The wellness area with a hot tub and sauna was a hit after exhilarating ski days. "Lovely house in great location. Showers really good (important with 6 women). Beds comfortable and large rooms. Kitchen could do with more equipment (1 wine glass only!) and could have left enough washing up liquid/ loo roll (only a bit of both) and some salt and pepper etc."

"We loved our stay in Trenta, the chalet is spacious and in a stunning location. It’s lovely and peaceful and really special to hear the Soca river so close. I’m not sure if anything has been changed in the bedrooms since previous reviews, but we found them comfy. The kitchen is very basic and overall (as mentioned by others) the chalet is overpriced for what you get, but it’s still a beautiful stay."

"Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood of Bled. My siblings and friends love to explore countries we have not visited. This locale was perfect to access the capital and smaller towns in the area. Our only mistake was leaving windows open the first night which invited in many mosquitoes. The hosts were very prompt in helping us figure how to use the oven. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"It's more like a B&B and was really close to everything we wanted to do and was also relaxing to come back to after each day. Nicest shower I've ever used a really comfy king size bed! 10/10 all around!"

"Good size apartment, very clean, just 10 minutes walk from the lake, easy to access by car. Our apartment (12) was very quiet and had none of the road noise others mentioned. There was no one on reception when we arrived but the check in was all sorted for us and no problem. The supermarket is very convenient also."
