"We stayed in Bled for one night on a longer trip through Croatia and Slovenia, and the Grand Hotel Toplice wasn't our most luxurious stay. Our room was quite small (not a lot of room for laying out suitcases we had from our long trip) and not very renovated. The bathroom was small but fine. "We stayed for three nights in early summer and had a great time. The apartment was well located just a couple of minutes walk from Bovec town centre, with a great view from the garden. It was well appointed with plenty of cooking facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reception were friendly and helpful, would be good if they were open for longer hours but this is typical of apartment complexes of this type so not a big issue. Thoroughly recommended! "

"Staff was helpful and polite. The rooms and facilities were pristine. Location is tucked away a little (ideal) and a 5 minute walk to the lake. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening — extensive wine selection and great food. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is a real gem. We had a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of the lake. We never had dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was fantastic - lots of options and all delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We also each had a Triglav Massage which was amazing. It’s a short walk down to the lake (though it’s uphill on the way back) - approx. 30min walk by the lake into town. We really enjoyed our stay here. "
