When arrived the checkin was very fast and efficient. Place was very well groomed and super clean. Rooms were amazing...even aircon already on so nice fresh and cool inside. Staff was always smiling and eager to help. Food was excellent. No problems at all. Only thing was internet was shorty in the room. Great in the lounge. Beautiful place, one of the nicest to this day I have been. Thanks

We love everything about this place. Weāll definitely come back. My dog can roam freely (hes leashed and have diaper BTW) and the staffs are nice and sweet. We decided to stay by the beach and they gladly deliver our food there. For someone who travels a lot, its just rare to find a place where staffs dont make it hard for you, most hotels now have lots of Nos. 10/10

Read the reviews on this place and was a bit skeptical due to the overlong and gushy reports. As it turned out they were right on rhe money. Not only was the price affordable and a bargain for this island it was such a pleasant experience. Guido was a pleasure to dive with, profesional and knowledgeable. His wife Marevic is a National Geographic class type of photographer. She literaly would find the proverbal needle in a haystack if it was underwater. All my facebook friends are amazed at her...

The property is beautiful and in a tropical and peaceful environment. The pics posted online aren't altered, it truly is beautiful. There's a large pool used for training and another pool for recreation. I didn't have time to use either due to my short stay, but the training pool got a lot of use while I was there. Another good thing is that they have a generator for vlack outs. Bad stuff: wifi is absolutely terrible. You have to go to common areas to get signal. For me that is a very big deal....

Stayed here for 12 days. Beautiful property and friendly staff and tenants. Felt like home. My gf and I stayed an additional 4 days here instead of going to downtown dumaguette. Walking distance to Valencia town square (12/13 mins).

I loved this little hotel. So much charm. The decor is special with the works of Filipino artisans. Staff was wonderful. I understand the hotel is quite new, about a year old. This place could be easy to overlook, but I'm glad I found it. The only drawback is the distance to get anywhere. But the trikes are cheap and a fun way to see the real Philippines.
