Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Peaceful lake retreat

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood in Blue Jay, overlooking Lake Arrowhead. We enjoyed the peaceful outdoor decks, with comfy furniture and the sounds of the birds. We could walk to the lake and the benefit of having a lake pass to access the lake is huge! The inside of the house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and quality time with the family - a living room couch large enough to seat 5 adults comfortably, a long dining table that accommodated a puzzle on one end, with room for meals on the other end, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and three levels of spacious areas, giving our group of 5 adults the option of seclusion or togetherness! And everything is brand new and so comfy! It really is a perfect place to stay in beautiful Lake Arrowhead!
