"Room was clean but could have used larger nightstands and definitely needed more outlets to plug in devices for charging. Also would have been nice to have a small closet with a few hangars to set out clothes for the next day. Microwave and small fridge was definitely a plus some other places did not have on our stay that week. Also very close to the entrance to Big Bend park which was nice. "

"As a family of mostly females, the big hit for this property was the large shower and spacious bathroom. The rooms were clean. The AC and fans worked well, as did the microwave. There is a lack of breakfast options in Terlingua. We got microwave oatmeal cups at a local convenience store/gas station. The owner was responsive with the room access instructions - just plan ahead a bit because cell coverage in Big Bend NP is only reliable around the visitor centers. There are three parking spots for the three rooms so that was not a problem. We went to Long Draw Pizza west of Terlingua for dinner and it was very good. The best part of the Inn is the location so close to BBNP. The location very close to the NP access road made it noisy from the road noise. But there wasn’t much traffic and we turned on a sound machine. Because it is a Dark Skies area, drivers in the night need to use their high beams, and the headlights shine through the main bedroom window."

"The property is a beautiful oasis. Room was clean and well appointed. The spa staff was amazing, had the best massage of my life! Front of house staff at check in was dismissive and not super friendly or helpful. A bit of a bummer considering the place was so great. The TERRIBLE thing was we had a group of dude bros in several rooms next to us. They were up until 3am, drunk, yelling, and camped outside of our door. The front of house did nothing to remedy the situation. My husband did."

"Beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Has air conditioning and WiFi . Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Ate at chill peppers- great Mexican food . Went through Big bend and used the the free app offer -that the motel provided. "

"We loved our stay at Palo Santo! This was our first visit to Big Bend national park and this home was a perfect base for our exploration of the area. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We stayed at two other rentals (not Big Bend Vacation Rental properties) during our visit, but this one surpassed them all and provided an excellent value. We wished we had stayed here the whole vacation. When we return to the area, we look forward to staying at Palo Santo again. Thanks for having us!"

"The room was clean, supplied well and was perfect for gorgeous views of the sunset, stars and mountains. It had a nice fire pit but a burn ban prevented us from using it. We still used the chairs for the desert and mountain views at night. The shared kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast. All in all, I wasn’t ready to leave when y was time to leave 10 bits! I would recommend to anyone headed to Big Bend. "
