"The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities. "

"It was a wonderful place with friendly staff and close proximity to the castle. The animals around the building made it even better as they were always friendly and excited to hang out. The bar had great drinks, snacks, and breakfast. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much!"

"Room was a warren but clean. Bathroom had been upgraded but not the bedrooms or balcony. Staff all very helpful and pleasant unlike the lady at the train station when I arrived and no taxis"
