"Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. "As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. "We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location is peaceful, safe, and fully stocked with the amenities we needed to celebrate our friend's birthday and make it a memorable stay! Everyone had their own bed and having the portable AC was key! The unit is a close walk to the beach and the pool was lovely. Communication with the host was clear and prompt and made for an easy check in and check out process. Would definitely rent again in the future!"

"The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. "This property was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, which was a short walk from two beaches. The house had plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen, and a whole closet of beach supplies. Our party of eight had a wonderful time staying in this beautifully decorated house. Our every need was met here. Highly recommend!"
