It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. "The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. It wasn’t that much but this expense was Not listed on the ad. He tried to be helpful but hard to...

"High property. Very modern. Loved the laundry service. Everything about the condo was nice. The lights going on with motion was different. In the middle of the night the lights would turn on and off on their own which made for sleeping interesting. Location was not always known by the cab companies. Good all around."

"This villa is funky and unique just as the listing describes and definitely matches the pictures. The pool was great and the art work/decorations were interesting. However, on arrival we were asked to leave a passport with the owner as a deposit for the entirety of our stay, therefore one of us would have not had our passport on us whilst in the country which is not allowed for foreigners. In the listing it states that identification may be required on arrival and, which is normal when staying...

"Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Staff was so friendly, room was cleaned daily. Rooftop pool was amazing. Restaurant was very good but not open past 5pm most days. Would definitely recommend!"
