"Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel. C'est un havre de paix. Notre chambre familiale venait juste d'être refaite. Elle était spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Les deux piscines sont très agréables. Petit déjeuner servi à l'assiette. Personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins. Je recommande!!!!"

"We were greeted very warmly by the staff and escorted to our room. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The next morning we were delighted by the plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience."

"With the hotel being a 30 minute walk from the nearest amenities, it needs to have a fantastic beach. Unfortunately the beach very much lets this hotel down, being narrow, covered in seaweed and lined with fences/walls of adjacent houses. There is a nicer beach a short walk away but it feels wasteful to spend €35 on sunbeds that your hotel is providing for free around the corner. On the sunbeds, the hotel really needs to improve the beach beds as they are old and uncushioned. With regards to amenities, the town of Pula has a few decent restaurants. However by far the highlight of our holiday was a meal at Fradis Minoris, a fine dining fish restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. We didn't properly try the hotel restaurant - one night we stopped by for dessert which was disspointing. Now on to the positives. The hotel always feels very quiet despite being fully booked or close to it. Whether you want to spend time at the beach or one of the pools, the sunbeds are always less than 50% occupied. The main pool is the centrepiece of the hotel and is very well kept with beautiful gardens surrounding it. The staff here are always very friendly and made some awesome cocktails with freshly blended fruit. Overall, I didn't think this hotel was great value for money and if i was booking in this area of Sardinia again, I would look 30 mins further south where there is a cluster of world class beaches."

"The house is large and the garden is really nice and huge, cozy and well kept. It was really nice for our dog. There's a nice barbecue grill as well. The house is a little bit dated, but this is not really a problem, except for the ceiling that seems to have water ingress and is disintegrating. There's air conditioning in the living room and in one of the 3 bedrooms. My issue was with the cleanliness. The floors were simply not clean, and this ended up contaminating the bed sheets, which were full of hairs. Giorgio was very kind and available and immediately came to change the sheets. The fridge was gross and slimy, we had to clean it up for us to feel comfortable using it. The kitchen in general felt the same. And there are tons of ants, it was a challenge to keep them away from our food. For some reason some walls were full of foot markings? Sofas and outside chairs were stained and sticky. The map location is wrong, as the house is in the Baia D'Agumu location, near Is Molas Beach Club and Circolo Velico Porto D'Agumu. It is 200m from a nice and very empty beach, but the city, any restaurants and any shops are at least 2.5km away, on a deserted area. Internet existed but was very slow and stopped working constantly. I didn't use the TV or the videogame, so I cannot comment on it. In short, the house is nice, but could use some maintenance, and the cleaning process in general could be improved."

"This was a wonderful hotel, with excellent staff. The rooms were just beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. This is a beautiful little town with wonderful beaches. I would highly recommend it ."

"The hotel food was not to the standard one would expect from a 4 star rating. There is no buffet choice for dinner or lunch. Breakfast buffet is limited to continental and no option for a omelette,poached or fried egg? The hotel website fails to mention details of the dinner which is set course and the quality & quantity limited. The staff do thier best to provide a good service but let down but the food served. The property has a prime private location on the beach but requres you to pay 15 euros per person to use their own deck chairs which is totally unacceptable it should come without any charge. Location is remote without acesss to shops apart from a small shop across tge hotel that is part of a camping site. Recommend hiring a car. The concierge person is very helpful and gave good recommendations of places to enjoy a good meal outside the hotel , but not a taxi can cost between 20 or 80 euros depending on distance. Being our first trip to Sardinia not sure if the food standard is something to expect on the island at typical rated hotels. if so recommend book just bed & breakfast and hire a car to experience foood in nearby Pula or drive into Cagliari were more choice ..recommend the Pith steakhouse if meat lover.
