"The perfect boutique hotel! The room faced the beach. Could sleep with my balcony sliding doors open to hear the ocen waves. The proximity and access to the beach was perfect. 50 steps from my room to the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Will definitely be back."

"Property is a good location in Laguna Beach. There is a great beach just across the street. Room and bathroom is very large. Room is clean. Underground parking is great. They put us in room 101 which is literally on PCH. It’s too close to a main highway. Traffic noise is very loud. This room should not be used as a hotel room. 101, 102 and 103 should not be hotel rooms. There are plenty on other rooms within the property."
