This hotel is a fine one. It has an international standard. Located in a good and accessible enviroment close to both local and international airports. The staff is good, they have good aminities and good complementary breakfast, good restuarant, pool side bar for good relaxation. They only thing I recommend id that they should try and install lift for the upper floors. Getting there was tiresome. Despite this, I had a nice time there.

Staff were friendly and nice, always willing to help. There’s also free breakfast which is the same option everyday. There are no lifts which can be a pain if you’re on the last floor

Firstly, I was not given the room I booked for online, I was lodged into a room that looks rundown. After several complaints, I was moved to a better room. The breakfast was just basic, nothing special about it. However, the staffs were very helpful and really nice all through our stay. I can’t take that from them. And the location was secured.

Didn’t like that the pool was very dirty looking, couldn’t even see the bottom, said they were treating it but compared to the last visit with them it was very clean, said complimentary breakfast but didn’t receive the breakfast everyday, out of the 12 days we had it about 6 or 7 days and only served one breakfast for two people

Definitely a place i would visit again. Near shops and eating places. However could do with better breakfast options. And if paying for 2 adults why provide 1 water 1 towel. Let the proper fees be reflected then so that both individuals are cartered for. Consider having a pay option for foreign cards because I could not order food or enjoy bar services i had no Nigerian currency

Hotel did not provide appropriate direction to the hotel and was quite difficult to locate. The number provided was not for the branch i booked. Hotel room was on 4th floor, no lift or escalator, staff had to carry luggages. Overall, staff were polite and friendly, and food was great.

Pros: Convenient location, very steady internet on large smart tv, generally quiet if windows are kept closed, close to airport, safe area, great mattress and clean bedding, laundry services offered, laundry room has washing machines, superior room is spacious for long stay, friendly staff and tasty yam and egg sauce served as one free breakfast option. Cons: Dirty AC filter that blow out unclean air so have to use low setting, room not cleaned on time, no choice of free breakfast, eat what is served, breakfast isn’t served at set time, only yam and egg sauce breakfast tastes good, only one utensil given for two breakfast, hotel restaurant food not tasty and is too expensive, no elevator, steep stairs made of marble so walk carefully. Despite cons, I’d recommend if first choice is unavailable.
