Welcome to our Algarve home!
This is a 1 bedroom apartment with communal swimming pool and garden, located in the privileged area of Lagos close to the Marina and just a short walk from the golden sands of beautiful Meia Praia beach.

This is a first floor apartment with lift access.

Rooms:
1 x large, air-conditioned bedroom with Kingsize bed (and 1 x pull-out bed for children/toddlers upon request) with large wardrobes plus balcony access.
1 x large, air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), balcony access plus dining table and chairs.
1 x fully equipped kitchen.
1 x large balcony with dining table and chairs, over-head adjustable canopy plus 2 sun loungers.
1 x large bathroom with shower over bath.

On the top floor (roof) there is a big terrace where you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Lagos, the beach and the Marina.

Meia Praia nearby, is one of the most beautiful, cleanest and biggest beaches in the Algarve.
In Lagos you will find value for money for your holidays. It is considered by many as one of the top 3 Algarve destinations.
This area is very quiet so theres no problem with nightlife noise.
There's also plenty of parking available either at the front entrance to the building or free on-street parking.

10 mins walk to the beautiful Meia Praia beach.
5 mins walk to Lagos Marina.
4 mins walk to Lagos train station.
10 mins walk to Lagos coach station giving access to all of Portugal.
12 minutes walk to 2 different supermarkets.
12 mins walk to Lagos old town/town centre.

SELF-CHECK-IN: 4pm. You will receive the door entrance code and the house key code from the safe box next to the apartment door and you can come anytime. Check in possible earlier when theres no guests checking out on that day.

CHECK OUT: 10:30am.

Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment - only permitted on balcony.

Prijs kwaliteit is goed. Appartement is relatief gedateerd met wat kleine ongemakken en gebreken. Afvoer lekte, stroom bij overbelasting, dwz bij gebruik van 2 apparaten, bijv vaatwasser en airco klapte de hoofdschakelaar er herhaaldelijk uit. Tijdig luchten bij nieuwe gasten na aantal weken leegstand.

Spacious apartment where the sun shines for much of the day. The balcony offers ample privacy. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. There is ample storage space. The laundry facilities mistakenly mention a dryer; it should be a drying rack. Otherwise, all the amenities listed are provided.The apartment is conveniently located; everything is within walking distance, including the 5-kilometer-long sandy beach of Meia Praia with its wooden walkways through the dunes, the town center, the rock formations, and the supermarkets.We fixed a few minor issues, such as the clogged shower head and the loose shower head holder. Cooking was a bit difficult due to the broken light in the extractor hood. Unfortunately, the sofa is indeed not very comfortable.There was a vacuum cleaner, dustpan, broom, and a mop with a bucket. We bought our own cleaning supplies. Given the length of our stay (6 weeks), most of it was for our own use.All in all, a great apartment in a good location. We would love to come back.

PLUS: Sehr sauber und super Lage, Strand, Altstadt und Supermärkte fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist großzügiger, als es auf den Fotos erscheint und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.MINUS: Aber alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgerockt. Geschirr und Besteck zusammengesucht, einige Glühbirnen sind defekt, der Duschkopf ist komplett lose, nur 1 Liege auf dem Balkon. Wir waren nicht nur etwas enttäuscht sondern schwer genervt, denn im Haus waren Renovierungs- und Abrissarbeiten. Was der Vermieter in der Beschreibung unterschlagen hat, ist die Großbaustelle, 150m Luftlinie vorm Apartment. Von 7:30 bis abends Baustellenkrach. Das wird wohl noch bis April/Mai 2026 so bleiben. Sehr schade, wir hatten uns eigentlich einen entspannten Urlaub gewünscht.

Great little condo! Very clean and well kept apartment, close enough to central Lagos that you can easily walk there in about 25mins. Nice private ammenity, the pool facilities are great for thise really hot days!Had a lovely stay.

The apartment is very well located, close to marina, beach, attractions and close to main access route to all of Algarve. It is bright and well aerated. However, furniture is extremely basic and requires serious upgrade. Fridge very noisy. Though the apartment may sleep 4 or prlbably 5 persons yet cutlery, glasses, and cups is only a collection of mediocre quality inconsistent and insufficient for such a number. Minimum renting is 7 days, yet owner provided half a toilet roll, one garbage bag, hand soap for just few uses, no dishwasher soap, some basic kitchen items like pepper or sugar are missing, no napkins or tissue paper is provided. Balcony doors lack fly screens and hence lots of flies and other flying insects inside the apartment. Light fixtures insufficient with burnt light bulbs. Worst of all, is nonresponsiveness of owner to my requests.

A great find in Lagos

Reasonably priced and walking distance to Pingo Doce ( well stocked grocery store). Close to marina where water trips leave from. Well stocked kitchen; terrace is a real plus.On site support person (sorry - can't remember her name) very attentive. (Once we arrived, she sorted out a missing AC remote control issue quickly). Would gladly stay there again.

Great location

Very spacious, excellent patio, great for sunbathing & very private. Walking distance to all amenities, large supermarket, bus & train stations, beach, many restaurants and shopping in Old Town of Lagos. Great communication with Host and on-sight property manager. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, Property manager and large one bedroom

Great location to the Marina. Grocery store and beach. The trains and buses are close by to take you anywhere you need them go! We had a couple hiccups with locked keys( my fault as they warned us about it) as well as a problem with the washing machine. All things were rectified very quickly and efficiently. Isabel is a great Property manager ! This one bedroom is quite large with a huge sunny deck. I would say it’s minimalist- yet seems to have most things you might need. We will certainly stay here again

The property was very clean! The balcony was an added plus. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. There were manuals to help you operate the appliances. It was close enough to walk to shopping and dining. The owner communicated quickly and often. I would suggest getting new pillows for the bed! Also, make sure the place is stocked with ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.

Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado

Nuestra experiencia en el apartamento ha sido buena. Está muy cerca del puerto, a menos de 10 min y del centro a unos 15 min andando. El apartamento es muy amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Una casa speciale

Questo appartamento ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno! Super fornito di ogni tipo di utensile ed elettrodomestico, terrazza molto grande e spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta che però è stato risolto in qualche ora :)

Muy cómodo y con terraza soleada

La piscina es muy poco acogedora, con poco espacio para estar alrededor. El resto del apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado.
