They are fraudulent people. I was told by the manager and also Ubi Franklin who came to speak to me as the owner that they were not listed on Expedia and as a result my booking was invalid and so had to make another payment directly to them to stay at the hotel. Which I found out to be fraudulent after speaking to Expedia
