    A great family villa that ticks all the boxes! A brilliant location on the Boavista Golf course, almost opposite the 1st tee.

    The villa has views from the terrace looking over the 1st fairway, and access to the communal pools (adult and children's pool) at the Fairviews village.

    There is a children's playground and, the tennis courts which you can pay to use, just across the road whilst the golf club house and Essential Spa is just 400 metres away.

    Guests staying in this villa get 35% off the published full public green fee as well as preferential rates at the Essential Spa and Fitness.

    There are 3 bedrooms, comprising of a Master double with ensuite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms with access to 2 full bathrooms, and the villa will sleep a maximum of 6

    A fully fitted kitchen features all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils.

    The spacious lounge and dining room has a lovely terrace with golf views, as one of the balconies on first floor. There is also a further balcony off the stairway with views to the communal pool, enabling guests to enjoy the sun whatever time of day.

Moradia muito agradável!

Moradia bem preservada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma familia de 6 pessoas com boa localização em frente à piscina. Piscina fantástica e bem cuidada. O proprietário tem que actualizar as fotos online do anúncio porque a casa tem mobiliário exterior novo muito confortável, sofás novos, TV nova com tv cabo portuguesa e canais estrangeiros por satélite, coisa que as fotos não demonstram. Os unicos pontos negativos foi não ter barbecue para grelhados no exterior, o quarto principal não ter um armário suficiente grande para guardar as nossas roupas visto que metade está ocupado com coisas do proprietário, limpeza apenas 1x nas 2 semanas em que estivemos hospedados, e um facto insólito não ter papel higiénico de reserva. Pela primeira vez tive que comprar papel higiénico durante uma estadia!

Great location - poorly presented villa

We have stayed at Boa Vista eight times and unfortunately this was the most poorly presented property we have stayed in. The location on Fairviews was excellent and the interior space was good for a family of six adults, as is the same for most villas on this resort. However, the outside furniture was terrible. The furniture was dirty, covered in cobwebs and splintered. The patio needed a good sweep and clean. The air conditioning wooden covers outside were dilapidated and rotten. The bedding in the master bedroom was stained, however, this was rectified by the maintenance team who had come round to fix a door lock on the bedroom and the flush on the upstairs toilet. The master bedroom had very limited hanging space ass half of the wardrobe was locked. The other wardrobes were full of bedding and blankets. We had no where to hang dresses and shirts. Although we don’t watch tv, the tv was small with lots of loose wires porobably not ideal if travelling with children. The kitchen was small but ok and the washing machine looked new. We are returning to Boa Vista but would not rebook this villa unless it was updated to a standard equal to the price and other villas on this beautiful resort.

First escape post pandemic

Great to get back to Portugal & Boavista. Property very comfortable for our family of 4, plenty of space, beds comfy, 2 balconies on which to enjoy the sunshine & an outside patio, pool was a nice temperature. Hope we get to return.

Not 5 star. More like 2/3 max.

We have been renting property in boavista for around 12 years sometimes twice per year. I can say with complete confidence is the poorest quality furnished rental we have ever been to. There are no occasional tables in the lounge area. The furnishings in the downstairs area are the cheapest rubbish I have ever seen in a rental property except when I was a student 50 years ago. The dishes are not even in the same place as the kitchen. The bedside tables like the other furniture are absolute rubbish in quality, discoloured and flimsy. The table lamps I think came from a second hand shop and you can only use half the wardrobe in the master bedroom. The beds are “just” okay but the pillows are dreadful. Too arrive and find one dishwasher tablet, absolutely no soap, or toiletries incredible. I loo roll per bathroom. The TV is limited and has nothing like the normal cable tv that you get in Boavista. Clearly don’t use the Boavista network The chair at the end of the table is pushed in to hide the fact it is broken. The outside furniture is old and needs attention. The gas fire (cold at night) did not work. No gas. Supposed to be beach towels. Agent advised yes for 10 euros. All in all great location actual building great condition. No Portuguese rental licence which is law and ensures a good standard. No complaints book part of the legal process.

Fabulous location

Very nice property close to everything Lagos has to offer. The bed is amazing, very comfortable for my bad back. Small kitchen, but we had everything we needed.

Lovely convenient Boavista villa

Comfortable 3 bed villa in excellent proximity to the clubhouse. Well equipped and greatly appreciated flexibility with checkin and checkout times, based on our weird flight times and their availability. Would recommend.

Lovely 2 weeks at Boa Vista

We had a lovely time. Boa Vista is great and we stay there every year. This villa could do with a little updating and care but overall it was clean and we had a nice time.

Lagos uma vez mais.

Tem uma variedade de praias diferentes, a curta distância do empreendimento. A piscina de apoio àquele lote de moradias não sendo especialmente grande, nunca tinha excesso de lotação. É exigido carro próprio para deslocações, à praia ou a cidade de Lagos.

Excellentes vacances passées dans cette villa

Nous avons passé presque 2 semaines dans la villa et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Nous avions déjà séjourné au resort BoaVista et c'est une valeur sûre. Resort au calme à quelques km du centre de Lagos et de la plage de Luz (voiture indispensable), très beau golf, un restaurant sur place (dommage tout de même qu'il n'y ait pas de supérette ou de boulangerie). La villa est situé à Fairview village et juste en face de la piscine qui dispose d'un grand bassin et d'un petit pour les enfants. La villa dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire (électroménager, wifi, ...) et le ménage et le changement des serviettes de toilette est fait régulièrement (pas de serviettes de plage mis à disposition). Nous aurions aimé par contre avoir une machine à café du type nespresso. A noter, la villa dispose de deux balcons à l'étage et d'une terrasse au rez de chaussée où l'on peut prendre les repas (+ 2 chaises longues) mais il n'y a pas de véritable jardin. Elle est mitoyenne mais nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par les voisins, la villa était parfaitement calme. Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée mais une clef dans un petit coffre à l'entrée de la maison à récupérer avec un code. Sarah a été réactive à chacun de nos messages (merci !). Très bonnes vacances passées dans cette villa donc nous la recommandons sans hésiter, les photos correspondent bien à la réalité.

Muito agradável

Aposentos espaçosos e bem climatizados (tem AC mas não necessitei de usar) pequeno espaço exterior mas muito agradável para repouso / refeições. Acesso a piscina comum que usualmente estava não muito lotada. Boa relação preço / qualidade. Gostamos. Parabéns!

Lovely stay in a beautiful villa.

We had a lovely stay, the villa was clean, well equipped and spacious. We didn’t have a car for our weeks stay so it would have been very handy if there had been a shop on sight for small things such as bread, milk etc to save us keep going to the big supermarket. The pool area is clean and there are plenty of sun beds. Golf was excellent!
