"We traveled from the USA and picked the property based on location, and pictures. Upon arrival Sydney greated us for check in. We noticed the grass was long and the pool was green with Algea and needed to be cleaned. We could not use for 24hrs. Sydney had not Checked/cleaned the house before our arrival.
