I had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with all my concerns. The hotel restaurant had many affordable options. My room was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. I would recommend those staying in Carveiro check out this hotel.

A quiet hotel set awayfrom the main area and beach of Carvoeiro but we had a car. Lovely staff and spotless. Lovely clean pool area. Breakfast was ok. Our apartment kitchen was very basic and a little bit “tired”but we managed making snacks …salads and toast .

We were welcomed by a very helpful member of the hotel staff and were really pleased to find out our apartment was on the top floor, where the views were amazing. Comfortable beds and lovely shower. The only suggestion we have about the place is, they should update their kitchen, as it looked a bit tired but nevertheless was equipped with everything that you needed. We will defiantly come back, also one morning we had breakfast and it was nice and reasonably priced.

The property was a little hidden but once we found it we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful giving us info about the amenities and local attractions. The breakfast had a great assortment of pastries, coffee, juice, and fruits. Our room was spacious, clean and we had a great view up in the 5th floor. I would definitely stay again.

We found this hotel to be a great place for a couple of days- the staff could not have been more helpful and the pool area was gorgeous! The building itself is tired and needs investment: peeling paint on our balcony doors, and kitchen equipment was very much showing its age. But it was clean, tidy and welcoming!

Superb stay

This hotel is a hidden gem. Perfect location, quiet area. Easy parking. Only minutes away from all the activities at the beach. From the moment you walk in you’ll feel at home. Staff was very helpful. The room and towels were very clean. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast buffet was superb. Please try this hotel if you’re ever in the Carveiro area. I’ll come back for sure.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with large beds, a/c and renovated bathrooms. It was cleaned daily. The pool and bar/restaurant outside were lovely. The reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. It’s quite a healthy walk back from town, up a long steep hill. But if you have a car, you can park near the bottom of the hill to make it easier after a night out.

All good at this hotel except there was banging near us every time the elevator landed on the first floor where our room was. Also loud squeaking when the restaurant kitchen doors opened and closed which was just below us. So sleep was constantly interrupted. Otherwise the hotel was clean, roomy and the breakfast was good.

The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because I did not like that you had to rent the room safe… shouldn’t that ALWAYS be included? The women at reception were lovely and quite helpful, as were the wait staff at breakfast and the gastro bar. My only other complaint is that in my bathroom it had what looked like what might have been a shaving/ makeup mirror that was removed from the housing, with nothing but the base left?? There should be a little such mirror. It would have been a nice touch to provide just a little coffee for the pot… I was just staying 2 nights, so I didn’t want to start purchasing groceries… But they did have a lovely breakfast just downstairs. It just would’ve been nice to be able to have had coffee in my room also. I would recommend this hotel and I would go back here. These are just a few minor conveniences that just made it hard for me to give the fifth star, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience.. the location was great too. Parking was good also!

Stayed here for 5 nights start of August. My first impression was very friendly and informative - he joked booking for 2 adults and 15 kids - had visions I'd left 15 kids at the airport lol! Room very clean. Maid service daily and would find your pjs folded under your pillow. Gardens and swimming pool were very well maintained and clean. Hotel was fully booked but zero sunbed wars!! Could come down at any time and sun beds always available. Very peaceful and quiet around the pool. If you want blasting music and entertainment the hotel probably wouldn't be for you. Selection of breakfast very good - the only fault I would have is the hot food wasn't overly hot. Breakfast variety was changed daily. All the staff were very professional and friendly. There is a steep hill to climb on way back to hotel but the walk down and up was perfectly manageable. Walk was under 15 minutes to the beach. Got an uber back during the days heat which was under 5 euros. The walk took you through residential area - very safe and nice to see typical Portuguese homes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if going back to the area would stay again. They are accommodating with check out time - we had our room for an extra couple of hours at no charge. Well done to all the team at the hotel you all wotk hard with a smile on your face!
