  • The house, with a covered area of 177 m², is situated on a lot of approximately 1,783 m², which is very well maintained and features several fruit and ornamental trees.
    The house is fully furnished and equipped with furniture and appliances.
    It consists of a first floor with an open-concept layout: entry hall, living and dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower, and other common areas.
    The outdoor area features several common spaces with a barbecue, kitchen, and laundry area. Outdoor fireplace with stone benches, covered porch, and parking for up to 4 cars.
    On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with balconies and built-in closets, a hallway, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Living room serving as a leisure or work area.

The house was neat and very conveniently located for exploring the island. I would note that the noise from the highway right below the house is quite loud and it is a very busy highway. The kitchen did have most of the dishes needed to prep basic meals and having access to a washing machine was helpful.

Great Location in Central Sao Miguel

I was traveling with my son and a friend, and this home was a perfect location for us to fairly quickly get to all of the island. The home was quite clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs. The only reason that I gave the location 4 stars and not 5 was that it was rather close to the highway. My son thought it provided the perfect amount of white noise.

Beautiful property with very charming decor! Unique and comfortable. Has all the amenities you need and more. I love how there were books and kids toys everywhere. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the area is extremely noisy, right next to the highway, and because the dishes in the kitchen were not properly cleaned. Also the stairs to go from the 1st to the 2nd floor were a little bit dangerous but as long as you’re careful and go slow you’ll be fine. I would go back if I were in the area again.
