"Hotel was clean and free breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly & room was comfortable. Pool was nice. My only complaints are the area because there is a large homeless population around the hotel. Walking around outside was sketchy. We were approached a few times by homeless people asking for money, food, or trying to flirt. The hotel lobby and bar do not have any a.c. They put portable AC’s to help with the heat but you can still feel the heat in some parts of the lobby where the ac doesn’t reach. Good hotel for the price. However, I will likely stay somewhere else the next time I’m in Austin. I did not feel safe at times walking outside."

"It was clean and great. Floors weren’t carpet which I loved. Staff was helpful. Rooms seemed modern and clean. Bar was open late. Pool was not overly packed (the weekend was a little busier with some kids, but Thursday and Friday there were only a few people in the pool and no kids). Location was great. Valet was quick."
