"Beautiful old home from the 14th century. The house has a stunning view of the Pope's Palace across the river. The gardens are delightful and the breakfast that was provided was wonderful. The host was very kind and gracious and parking in their fenced in lot across from the house was a tight fit but available. The house is easily walkable to the center of town, were there are lots of dinning opportunities. I highly recomend this location if you like beautiful historic properties. "

"We had wonderful and unique experience staying at this French country farm style B&B/hotel, very quiet place surrounded by fruit orchard, we felt we stayed in a paradise. The hosts, Reve and Emma are so nice and helpful, their breakfast are just unbelievably fresh and tasty with variety of bread, croissant, jam, juice, fruit, egg and pie etc..the best breakfast in our entire 2 weeks trip in France. "We can't wait to return. Frédéric and Christina are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable hosts. The property is beautiful, private, relaxing, and close to many charming nearby towns. We had the room by the pool and pretty much had the property to ourselves every afternoon since the other four guests were off exploring the nearby towns. The smell of the jasmine bushes and the trickling of water in the pool made for an excellent lounging experience. We stayed for four nights, but next time we will...

"Prestation qui ne correspond pas à un produit au tarif 245€ Lieu tape à l’œil Vétuste ,jacuzzi salle des dépôts au fond … au sol un gazon synthétique où on ose poser les pieds Pas une bouteille d’eau une vielle cafetière poussiéreuse un vieux frigo rouillé… Nous avons signalé en compensation une bouteille de champagne mais bon une soirée de réveillon assombri … Lieu non recommandable et loin de l’ambiance de saint Rémy "

It was absolutely serene in its setting, the decor was fabulous, our room lovely. The pool is something I'd like to have at my house......and the breakfast was all that we could want. "Avignon is a fantastic place to visit, and I am glad I was able to take my wife there to see it (I had visited it before, 40 years ago). La Banasterie was beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe and literally steps away from the major sites in Avignon. The owners were extremely helpful, even helping me figure out how to retrieve and item I left on the train. If we ever visit again, I would not hesitate to stay in this same location."
