"The villa was located in a very peaceful location we stayed as a family group of 8 and overall had a great stay although there were positives and negatives. Positives Lovely pool, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor terrace. Negatives Not much in the local area without a long drive, not enough sun beds. "Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! "Our stay was wonderful. The house is in a very nice and quiet space. We would love to come back. Due to the hot weather it was very warm in the nights. So we had to buy two fans for ventilation. The house owner gave us the money back - thanks for that. Now there is an oportunity to have air ventilation in hot nights ;-) You have to know that it is on the top of a mountain - so it always take a little bit longer to reach if you plan day trips. It is said that you come here for peace, relaxation, and well-being. But on Saturday evening, the family has a party on this terrace with loud music, making it impossible to sleep. "This house has lovely bedrooms and beautiful views of the mountains from its terraces and garden. It is in a very quiet part of northern Tuscany, and also near the Ligurian coast. "AMAZING!!! Once in a lifetime stay!!! We weren’t even planning on visiting Pontremoli until our previous accommodations fell through and we found this place last minute! Marco was so accommodating and always answered when we called! Once we arrived we were in absolute awe of not only the town but this magical property as well! We called Marco right away to book a second night because we were so charmed. An absolute must when traveling this area! "

"We loved everything about our stay here. The staff and Barbara went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Luca, the chef came around during dinner chatting with the tables. The farm to table style of dining was unique and always delicious. We loved the mountain trails to explore the landscape and the views are spectacular. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside on the upper level patio taking in the tranquility, beauty and history that surrounded us. The museum and talking with Barbara helped us to appreciate the story of the area and the passion to continue on the philosophy of the farm living created by the family. It was our first agritourismo experience and it was perfect."
