"This property has fair facilities and a generally central location near the main road of Laganas, Zakynthos. However, the Karras Livin block is located about 200m from the main Karras Hotel requiring a walk along a trafficked road. In addition, upon our arrival, the A/C did not work properly as it did not respond to the A/C remote so we spent a night under very cold (16C) A/C air until it was repaired the next day. The next day we also discovered our shower drain did not drain properly so had to ask to have that unblocked. These are basic maintenance areas that can and should be checked prior to guests' arrival. Although the hotel staff promptly addressed these issues within a day of raising them we had to bear these issues for the night and day, respectively, when they were first discovered and raised by us."
