"I notified the hotel about our arrival to Marseille, renting a car, going to Gaya Hotel. When we arrived- no signs of a hotel at this address. Nobody answered multiple calls. It was no way for us to get into the property. We contacted Hotels.com and after three hours phone with them they were able to find another hotel for us for the whole duration of stay.
