"We had a large group in town for Jazzfest / Bachelor Party extravaganza, and this house met all of our needs and then some. The house is exceptionally charming, and has plenty of space for a large group to spread out. It is also extremely well located - only a 15 minute walk to the quarter, also a short drive over to the expressway in case you're getting out of town. Lee Ann was an absolute delight as a host as well - extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible as our plans changed around....

"What a charming, fun house! The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to Magazine St, St. Charles Ave and all up and down Tchoupitoulas and felt very safe doing so. There are many different places to eat and drink in the immediate area with live music at Tipitina’s right down the road. The uber ride was a quick one down to the French Quarter. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and the host was incredible and responsive. We will be back!"

"This is quiet relaxing property that is very spacious , less then 10 min drive to downtown attractions . Walking distance to neighborhood Panola St cafe which is great spot for breakfast /brunch , also short drive to Mid-Town for other restaurants. Clean house , shower water pressure / hot water is good , wifi and tv apps work smoothly , I would recommend this to anyone visting NOLA !!!!!"

"This house was perfect for my family & friends for a few days in New Orleans. Loved the neighborhood and the accessibility to easily walk to the quarter (especially through Louis Armstrong Park). Lots of great food and drink options nearby as well!"

"Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed."

"For older adults a grab bar in shower area —check remotes one interfere with the other and dimmer switch on living room and 1st bedroom lights. Overall great stay"

"This was the perfect spot for getaway in the Big Easy. The property was well located, with shops and restaurants nearby. The space was clean and nicely appointed. The host was excellent to work with and easy to communicate with, and I will definitely be back next time I visit NOLA."

"This property was close to the French Quarter and had plenty of room to accommodate a family with three basically adult children. Proximity to night life and grocery was perfect. Most of nightlife in immediate vicinity was 21 and up but walking distance to restaurants with great jazz music that the teens enjoyed (Maison). Enjoyed the late night eats at Liberation taco around the corner. Would stay here again."

"This is a very cool old house, in a convenient location if you want to explore downtown NOLA. The house is in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. It has large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a really large and comfortable living room, and fully equipped kitchen. It has plenty of room for parking and a big yard. The only potential drawback is the back part of the house which is a rental unit as well. You might end up with a noisy partier in that back unit, but hey, it's New Orleans! It's a...

"Our group of 10 had a great stay, the property is exactly as advertised. Works well for a large group. Location is convenient, close to Bourbon Street. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would stay again!"

"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot. The pool was continuously dirty and foggy, we decided not to use it because it was so dirty. All in all, it was a nice stay and we appreciated having all the amenities of home while on...
