"I thought the location was perfect. It’s a block off Canal Street, so you can quickly cross over and you’re in the heart of the French Quarter, but it’s quieter being right on the edge of the Central Business District. The St. Charles streetcar also has a stop right outside the hotel, other streetcar lines are about a block away on Canal - we hopped on streetcars and easily hit up the Garden District, Art Museum (sculpture park is worth a visit!). The hotel itself is small and well-decorated. There’s a little bar/restaurant off the lobby. As others have said, rooms are tight (may have had to do some acrobatics in the bathroom to freely get around!), but ours was nice and clean and we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway, so no complaints. "

"We were very happy with everything about our stay. I liked that the 3rd floor and our room did not smell like carpet cleaner. This causes my migraines. The only concern we had was that the toilet took so long to refill so it could be flushed. Eveything else was great."

"Location, location, location!!! One block from Bourbon street and still so quite. Everything is walkable and don't need a car. Hotel is well maintained and staff is really helpful. If you are visiting New Orleans for the first time, definitely talk to the concierge"
