"Was a nice place to stay, would stay there again. Parking was a little trouble getting in and out of when other people were there. The shower door wouldn’t shut but was a very nice one. Would recommend staying there for future trips."

"The location was great with a nice view and access to the river right behind the home. True country living and peaceful. If you're afraid or grossed out by critters, stay in the city. The history of the property was cool to learn about. We planned a trip to Mammoth Cave and the drive getting to the park wasn't too long. Definitely check it out.We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the property as well. "

"Beautiful home and property. We would absolutely stay there again. The owners were quick to respond in the days leading up to and during our stay. The house was very well stocked with anything we might need. The hot tub was pristine. The only things worth noting prior to booking is there is no washer and dryer. They aren’t listed in the amenities, but I missed that and assumed I would have access to them. The other thing worth mentioning is the driveway is very steep. The first night my Honda had a hard time getting out so after that I parked at the top of the drive alongside the road. My friend’s suburban was fine. "

"Floors were dirty, they turned your feet or socks black. Beds had no top sheet. Both couchs were broken. When i messaged them our fjrst. Ight about it i was told they did not knoeW and the were replacing them. They never did. We had to bring chairs in from outside so we had something to sit in Game room was full of mold and stunk and everg thing was dirty. Bugs covered tub a d sink every night. Walk in shower sWas slippery. I almost fell we had to stand on towels inorder not to fall. When i told owner. We got no reply. Chairs in dinning area were dirty and worn. Nice pictures of place. Shame it was not clean."
