"5-Star Experience with a Minor Setback
We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels abroad, and this one truly stands out. The overall vibe was warm and welcoming, with beautiful design choices that complemented the surrounding mountains perfectly. Our room, located on the second floor and facing the water, offered a stunning view — opening the windows in the morning was such a refreshing and peaceful experience.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Everything felt clean, cozy, and like home. Even the hallways and lobby spaces were inviting and well thought out.
Breakfast was another highlight — you can choose from both a menu and a buffet, or enjoy a bit of both. The variety and quality were excellent, and we left each morning feeling satisfied and happy.
We only had two minor issues during our stay. First, the coffee machine broke during breakfast one morning, but the staff was quick to make fresh coffee for everyone. They were so sweet and attentive — truly impressive service.
The second issue was with the parking. We had a spot when we arrived but left for dinner, and upon asking, the host assured us we’d still have a space when we returned since it was a slower evening. Unfortunately, when we came back, the lot was full. The host mentioned that two cars shouldn’t have been parked there but couldn’t do anything, as they don’t track which cars belong to guests.
