"Located in the heart of Seefeld and close to all trails, restaurants and train station, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We upgraded our room for the chalet experience and were very happy with the decor and vibe. It felt like having a mini appartment. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of items both savoury and sweet as well as the more healthy options. We dined a la carte and had a delicious meal and a fantastic waitress. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only surprise at the end was being charged for coffee pods, but I guess we should have read the list of consummable items better, we did not even glance at this since in most countries coffee is complementary. In no way this marred our experience, simply mentionning it for future guests to be aware. The spa is a great way to relax after mountain hiking all day and was appreciated to restore sore muscles. We loved our stay and would come back in the future if we ever visit the area again."

The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete, the beds were extremely comfortable, and every member of the staff was genuinely warm and charming. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again!"

The hotel combines beautiful and stylish design with exceptional comfort, creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. A truly charming boutique hotel that I highly recommend, located in a beautiful and lovely city. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to!"

"The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"
