"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"
"Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices.
The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there.
You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel.
All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect."
"We had a fantastic stay in one of the beach villas. The beautiful beach with the surf was a stunning sight right from our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Most of all, we really enjoyed the sumptuous dinner at the White Box restaurant. Highly recommended. "

The staff is polite and friendly and can communicate in English, which is convenient for asking questions. It is located in the city center, convenient for transportation, and shuttle service is available at specific times. High-speed Wi-Fi works smoothly. The price is worth it and highly recommended. "Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway.
This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline)
