"This is the second time I have stayed at this Lodge. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the manageress made me feel like I was doing her the favour by staying at the lodge. I called the day before to advise that I may be late in checking in. The response was aggressively that they knock off at 9pm, not offering any alternatives to that.
