"These chalets are gorgeous! My teenage daughter picked this spot to celebrate her 17th birthday and I wish we stayed longer than a weekend. I highly recommend this location especially for families. "This place is absolutely a gem. We were amazed by everything. Beautiful and fancy. Everything available. Like EVERYTHING. Check in was at 4 and we got there at 1 and the host let us in easily. She is the kindest host I’ve ever seen. The hot tub was amazing and so did the bbq. Many rooms and a huge media room. There was only one thing: We got a noise notice at 7 pm and also at 11 pm which was weird because we made absolutely no noise. The neighbours reported for no reason as if we are partying....

"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."
