"We are from Colorado and were extremely pleased with the accommodations when we arrived after a long drive from my brothers place in North Carolina. It was very very clean and provided everything imaginable to help make our weekend stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect for us being first time to experience Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in the future."

"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. "Very comfortable home in fantastic location. Beautiful outdoor area with ocean views from almost every room. Very well stocked home and all the beach towels and chairs were a nice touch! The pool area was awesome! The owners were always very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely return to this house again. The short and private path to the quiet beach was icing on the cake! We hated to leave!"

"This place is ideal for families with many kids. They are trying their best to maintain it but cleaning level not up to make. Pool furniture's very dirty stair case dirty, beach toys in garage were very poorly organized. After all they did not keep Shampoo or Conditioner in any of the rooms which was very disappointing. First i had such experience in my starvation via Vrbo. Overall a good property without proper maintenance."

"Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. "The beach is a very short walk, or drive, away, and the marsh view is terrific. There are several good restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the Botany Bay Preserve and the Edisto Beach State Park. The condo is well equipped. Washing and drying our sheets went quickly and smoothly on our departure morning. It helped that we brought our own towels."

"The VRBO was as advertised with GREAT host communication. Very clean and great location. Bikes were nice plus all the beach stuff we used. Peggy was in constant communication which was a comfort factor. Private pool and Hot tub didn't hurt."
