This patio villa has been extensively renovated for your comfort! New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, with new tile in the bathrooms. New vanities in both baths, as well as new lighting and mirrors. New tiled shower in the master bath. New quartz countertops in the kitchen. New 2” faux wood blinds throughout. New recessed lighting in the kitchen. New ceiling fans throughout. It’s beautiful, clean and modern! Almost forgot to mention the 65” smart TV in the living room that is mounted on the wall above the electric fireplace! Ambiance!

Master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and linen closet. Walk-in closet. Wall-mounted 32” tv.

Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and roomy closet, along with a 32” wall mounted tv.

Hall bath has a shower/tub combo.

Front enclosed patio has two cushy chairs and table.

Side patio has a bar height table and four comfortable swivel stools.

Two solar tubes enhance the abundance of natural light flowing into our home.

Garage fits one car and one golf cart. Gas golf cart included for your convenience.

Perfect getaway

The place is very clean. It is close to shopping centers and Spanish Springs. The pools are wonderful. The owners are very receptive and respond timely to any question or situation. I would love to come back.

Happy stay at 720 Villita Lane

It’s very well located. It’s very close to Spanish Springs Town Center and also, Morse Blvd. takes you to two highways that connect to everything. It’s very easy to get to all necessary stores for supplies! I highly recommend!

Great Amenities

This is a great 2/2 home. It's open and airy. Has a garage, gas grill, reclining chairs, 3 TVs and even a golf cart. The kitchen is well supplied and it's pet friendly. The owners responded quickly to our questions. They were helpful and friendly. We stayed 16 nights and if we come back to the area will plan to stay here again.

It Was Time To Check Out The Villages!

We liked that this property was close to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. We were looking for the rental to include a golf cart...thank you for making one available to get around! The kitchen had everything you needed, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bathroom had towels and soap in the shower. We met a few neighbors, and they offered suggestions to find the closest pool. We had a very nice time in The Villages!!

Great host and location

Vicki and Scott were excellent with communications. Vicki answered all of our initial questions quickly and assisted to setup our Villages guest ID’s. We had a couple of requests after arrival and Vicki/Scott was very responsive. Great location to Spanish Springs. Walked each morning 1.1 mile to village center. Only advice is keep your auto in the garage, squirrels like to get in engine compartment for warmth. Home was equipped with most of what you would need.

Great House!

Our family stayed here for 6 weeks. The house is great, exactly as pictured! Extremely clean! The golf cart was so fun and made getting around the Villages easy. I would highly recommend!
