Staff were nice, polite. Most of rooms recently renovated. Great spot, across from Lake Winnisquam with beach across the road on the lake for guests to use. Very minimal breakfast, small room and no freezer or microwave in room(some rooms do have though). Great place to stay for the price.

Absolutely not a recommended place to stay! Let's start with the exterior, it's not only photos, not exactly real thing! All surrounding lakes are private property, so it's forbidden to approach them except from a distance. Even though the fee includes breakfast, there is enough (can say no breakfast), if you suddenly have a problem and call the reception, no one picks up the phone, if you go in person, their door is closed, I personally got very disappointed. Don't try to stay here.

It looks like the owners are rennovating the property, as the hotel room itself was ok. So things may improve. But tbe rest of the property was filthy & just in desperate need of repair and/or a coat of paint. The breakfast area is in same room as check-in. While checking-in around 3:30PM, I noticed crumbs & old food left out on counter which was disconcerting. But when I accidentally leaned against the counter, it was covered with spilled syrup - all down the cabinet & a puddle on the floor which was just gross. The hotel is on a main street, so there's a lot of traffic noise.

I really liked the location. It is situated right across from a lake. Beautiful view. However, the interior of the Inn he is in really bad shape. The screens on the windows are not properly fitted, which is a serious danger for each child as well as bugs can get into the rooms. It's just very dirty. It looks like the rugs haven't been washed in 30 years. There is no one at the front desk after 9 PM. The only way to get in contact with them is a telephone number which wasn't answered a couple times when we were trying to check out. They are very nice people that work there.

Room was a lot smaller than we expected but it had everything we needed for a quick night away. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the coffee and breakfast but it looked nice. Overall a pretty good value for the price.

clean and convenient place. Lot’s of parking space, nearby a lake with beautiful view. Service desk is very friendly and helpful. No breakfast though, only self made coffee available.. No hair-dry or cups for teeth brushing in Bath room. Anyway, good place for saving cost for just a good sleep during travel.
