Welcome to the Village at Winnipesaukee! With great views of the lake and mountains from the patio, this condo is perfect for a fun, convenient family getaway. This is a great location to enjoy all of New Hampshire’s fall activities including leaf peeping around gorgeous Lake Winnipesaukee!

Centrally located to the Weirs and all the fun and activities that make this area a great place to stay. Walking distance to Kellerhause Ice Cream, Weirs Boardwalk, the beach, restaurants, drive-in movies and more. Minutes drive to Funspot, Meredith, Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, The Margate Resort and Gunstock Mountain.

2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium.
-Primary bedroom has lake and mountain views with a queen bed and plenty of storage.
-The second bedroom has an ensuite, renovated full bathroom and includes a twin bed and a queen bed.
-Full size pull-out couch in the living room and another renovated full bathroom down the hall.

Fully appointed kitchen including Keurig, toaster and microwave. On-site outdoor saltwater pool, swing set, basketball court, tennis court, trash, parking & laundry. A/C, Wi-Fi included. 65 inch smart TV with cable in the living room.

Dine and relax outside on the patio with a private gas grill and landscaped lawn while enjoying the scenic lake and mountain views!

Great Unit close to Weirs Beach
The unit was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and fresh sheets. Pool was a welcome addition in the summer heat as well as it being super close to all the restaurants and action on Weirs Beach. We also went to the concert venue less than 15 minutes away. Great stay!

Awesome weekend thank you
We had a great time, the place was clean and updated. We had everything we needed. Is centrally located, we had out boat at the marina and was just a 10 min drive down the hill. The communication was excellent. Thank you we will be back.
