"Unfortunately, the property did not reflect the listing. We were hoping to sleep 5, but the 5th spot was a couch and empty air mattress box. The kitchen was very sparse- limited plates and I couldn’t find the pans to cook. The bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling and the bathroom was very dirty. "The house was exactly what we needed as we visited Peoria this weekend for family events. Every event location we needed to be at was less than 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds, living room, and sitting area in the kitchen gave us privacy when needed."
