We loved the location and precious animals around the property. The three barn cats were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. "Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff."

"This motel is perfectly situated in Promised Land State Park. The owner is lovely. Everything is clean. The only downside is that the beds are a little hard, but it as charming, convenient and really lovely."
