"Delightfully remodeled hotel in the heart of Zurich, very short walk to River, pedestrian bridge, train station, on the heart of old town."

"It's a cool and modern property. The location is great, since it is close to town center (walkable) and the hotel is practically built into a shopping mall. There are stores and restaurants. There are meeting facilities. And public transportation stops outside the front entrance. The vibe and deco is cool. The only thing that is a little odd is the view from your room, because it seems it pretty much does not matter where your room is, you are always looking into a dark alleyway or a wall. But that comes with the setting in central Zurich. It's nice that the hotel has parking, which is always a benefit in a place like Zurich. The parking right below the hotel is limited, but if they run out of spots, you can park in the garage under the shopping center. That's a short(ish) walk, but it is OK."

"Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Zurich. Super convenient since is next to the train station. The staff is very courteous, professional, and accomodating. We will definately stay here again!"

"Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Changed the pressure in my bed and brought me an extra pillow to help me recover from my flight. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Severs at breakfast were also courteous and helpful. Food at. Breakfast was very solid, good, and reliable. Bathroom was clean and well designed. I liked that I could have a tub. I appreciated that there was both a desk chair and sitting chair. Climate control worked well. "

"Low price choice, good location"

"This was 3 days free-time between an 11-day Globus bus tour from Vienna to Lucerne and a 7-day Avalon River cruise from Basil to Amsterdam. We’re so glad we decided to include Zurich and the Locke Am Platz into our plans. Our 3 night stay was excellent. The breakfast was good but lacked choices, our only (minor) complaint. Front staff helped us with every question including coming up with a universal plug that worked (I’d left mine behind at the previous hotel in Lucerne), and a convenient way for us to do our much-needed laundry. We are very appreciative of those 2 things in particular. Zurich was my favourite city of our trip. Loved both the lake and Old Town. We had wonderful meals in Old Town and everything was easy walking from the hotel. "

"Safe, quiet area. Small room, but designed well with all needs considered. Comfortable beds. Small but very functional and well appointed bathroom. Nice lounge/bar! Would stay again. "

"Excellent service and immaculate rooms. We have stayed in Citizen M before and it's consistently good. Was able to get an early check in at 12 which was a bonus!"
