"Very nice location, beautiful property. However, we were charged a 50 euro cleaning fee for a regular room!! It was never mentioned anywhere. That is not acceptable for a one night stay in a hotel room"
"Beautiful rooms, very well stocked with most everything we could have needed, tea, coffee, water, an umbrella, a safe, soaps/lotions, even a back scratcher. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating, location made it easy ti walk and enjoy the city. We absolutely loved our stay!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
