"It was only a 10 minute level walk to the ferry port. Room was very nice with a balcony facing the sea. We had many food options nearby and the historical areas were just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good, served on a terrace overlooking the sea. I highly recommend but if you have trouble with stairs, it is a 3 flight walk up to the room."

"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. "Isabella, the owner is an absolute star and stayed late to welcome us when we were running nearly 4 hours behind schedule. The hotel is a little tricky to find at first but we soon realised it was behind a set of gargantuan wooden doors leading into a shared courtyard which, quite frankly, comes as a relief in Naples! "We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds).
