"Walking distance into Lacco Ameno and the Negombo hot springs. Also a few minute walk to a good size grocery store. Place was very spacious and the kitchen fully stocked. The balcony was huge and had an amazing view of the water. Our hosts were very accommodating, helpful and so kind. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Property is dated but staff is very attentive. This is the smallest and quietest town on the island. The affiliated taxi drivers are a little shady. Be sure to get an estimate from the concierge and confirm rate with driver before you start the trip. "

"Wow, what a place! Spectacular views, many great pools (hot and cold), thermal baths, sauna, spa (reasonably priced), helpful and gracious staff, ultra-clean, nice room if not terribly large. Would stay here again if I returned. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating. Especially since the breakfast (came with price of room) was super! Loved the piano...
