Tastefully furnished new house on 1400 sqm large wooded lot with a beautiful view in the golf course of Lacanau-Océan.
Spacious living room with fireplace, sitting area, dining area and the living room open, fully equipped kitchen. Large covered terrace that can be used as an extra room in all seasons.
1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m and additional single bed. Another very small room with a single bed. Bath and separate toilet.
Plenty of garden furniture, pool chairs, parasol and barbecue. The distance to the center Lacanau-Océan with shops and restaurants about 2 km, to the ocean 3 km.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt umrahmt von zwei Golflätzen

Ein toller Irlaub mit der Familie in einem sauberen sehr gut gepflegten Haus. Wer gerne Golf spielt findet hier in direkter Umgebung eine 9 und einen 18 Loch Golfplatz. Direkte Umgebung heißt 2 min mit dem Auto oder 10 min zu Fuß. Die Gegend um Lacanau bietet viele Möglichkeiten den Urlaub abwechsungsreich zu gestalten. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal hier.

Emplacement idéal loin des tumultes, nichée entre les pins sans vis à vis on adopte rapidement cette maison. Ouverte sur la magnifique piscine elle appelle au calme et au repos Excellent séjour
