Nice little semi-detached house, for 4 people. Living room opening onto a terrace, east facing, through a French window. Living room with a kitchenette. The access to the first floor is by a staircase called "Japanese step". The night space is composed of one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) opening onto the second bedroom equipped with 2 single beds (90cm) (sleeping arrangements rather for children). The sanitary facilities include a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. Take advantage of the private enclosed garden. A parking space at the entrance of the residence. Reach the beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours at 1.5 km, the golf course at 1 km or the lake at 4 km (REF 02295M) ANCV holiday vouchers accepted
