La résidence est très bien située entre la proximité de l' océan, école de surf, location de vélos, commerces....Endroit calme Espace et parties communes très bien entretenus. Seul " petit" point négatif, la piscine n'étant pas chauffée elle reste parfois un peu fraîche.

Wohnung mittelmäßig, keine Fixierung der Dusche möglich, daher stand das Badezimmer regelmäßig unter Wasser. Parkgarage und Treppenhäuser eng und finster. Großer Balkon, gepflegte Anlage, super-kurzer Weg zum Strand

Séjour d'une semaine au mois d'aout. Malgré un appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Piscine sympathique et accès à la plage direct à côté. Place de stationnement en sous sol très pratique. Une semaine sans sommeil suite au vacarme continuel toutes les nuits. Cri, bavardage, et cavalcade dans les couloirs jusqu'à pas d'heure. Aucun respect du voisinage pour les autres locataires Aucune insonorisation au niveau de la Résidence. Conclusion, si je reviens un jour à Lacanau ça ne sera surement pas ici que je relouerai.
