"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy property on Lake Superior! The home is in a beautiful, peaceful setting—right on the lake, with stunning views and easy water access just down the road. The real highlight is the screened porch, the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or wind down in the evening with a book or cocktail.The house itself is well-equipped and comfortable, with plenty of room for relaxing after a day of adventure. While some parts of the property show a bit of wear, everything was clean and functional, and the character added to the cozy, lived-in feel.We loved that it was a great base for exploring the Keweenaw and other parts of the UP—close enough for easy day trips but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. It's not in the middle of any of the towns, which was exactly what we were looking for.Would definitely recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, lakeside escape with plenty of opportunities to explore!"

"What a phenomenal place to stay! The lighthouse has been totally updated with a very cool design vibe and comfortable porches all around with views and plenty of fresh air. The proximity to great food and drink (Fitzgerald’s—highly recommended); things to do and see in the beautiful UP; golf; antiquing; beach walking; Jampot; card games; books in the rental—we loved it and will return, hoping next summer!"

"This cabin, location and lake were the perfect antidote for an amazing relaxing vacation. The pictures do not share the wonderful size windows and views of the lake. The high point of this trip was spending lots of time on the water with the owners paddle board, kayak and canoe. I always make a point of thanking owners that allow dogs to join in on our vacation fun. THANK YOU!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house actually had more supplies than we expected, including some things that came in handy atving around the mountain like the walky talkies.The bed we slept in was very comfortable and cozy. Although there is no ac, it was not needed as the ceiling fans, and the area temps made for a nice cool sleep.The area feels both secluded and accessible. We recommend grabbing a pasty at the gas station.The house was clean, comfortable and inviting and we appreciated being able to retreat to a cozy place at night after a day of exploring."
