"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."

"Friendly staff Breakfast was average Shuttle bus was a great advantage Easy check in and out Close to airport"

"Perfect for anyone flying to and from airport. They even provide Tok Tok service from hotel to the terminal or you can walk through the inside walkthrough ."

"From letting me stay in my room for an extra 8 hours (for a small fee) to the absolutely laid on breakfast buffet and the ultra-friendly staff, I highly recommend this VERY clean, wonderful hotel to anyone...I will be back - Thank you everyone for an AWESOME stay 🙏👌👍💯"

"ينفع لليلة واحدة راحةالفندق جيد لكن موظفات الرسبيشن استقبال سئ ووجوه عابسة ونظرات حادة وتأخر بنقل الأشناط"

"Hotel is close to Seremban Lake Garden and city centre - we left the car in the hotel and took the Seremban heritage trail by foot. Hotel staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. The given room was spacious, the carpet looked clean and still quite new, the bed was clean and comfortable. However, the central air condition did not function that well - the room temperature could only get to about 26 degC even though the thermostat was set at below 20 degC. The bathroom wash basin was OK...

"スタッフの対応が素晴らしい👍"

"motogp観戦のため今回で3度目の利用です。motogp観戦者向けにサプライズでお菓子が用意されており、ちょっと嬉しかったです。（今回初めてでした）"

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."

"اقامة ترانزيت"

"Nice place to stay. Everything was well arranged."

"Clean, nice view and good hotel restaurant."
