"The only claim I could detect to "International" was a clock on the reception wall purporting to display the time in New York. The staff had no English, French or German, refused to accept Amex and generally catered only for the Chinese. The bedroom carpet was disgusting, more stains than pattern. The room and corridors smelled of cooking."

"It’s a relatively new hotel. The rooms are quite modern. However the air conditioning is controlled centrally. This was annoying as the AC was stuck at 26 degrees for the whole floor. It was like being inside a moggy lizard tank. Also the hotel is across the street from a giant power plant with two huge smoke stacks. It’s quite an ugly sight and not got for the lungs I am sure. "We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Traveling in China can be challenging for foreigners, especially with restrictions on Google and many other apps. Additionally, obtaining a local SIM card was not possible for me, as Chinese telecom providers require a national ID. I was initially concerned about my Expedia reservation due to these limitations, but the front desk staff—particularly Winnie—was incredibly helpful and professional. Winnie promptly confirmed our reservation, scanned our passports, and assigned us a non-smoking room. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel’s amenities and provide helpful information about local tours and transportation options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and eager to assist with any questions we had. The location is also very convenient—there’s a subway station right across the street, and the train station is just a short walk away (about three blocks). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Dalian."

"호텔이 상당히 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 근처에 무슨 공원이 있어서 거기서 분수쇼를 하는데 매우 볼만합니다. 대련여행에서 제일 좋은 부분이었던 거 같네요. 호텔 아래에 쇼핑몰이 있는데 식당도 다양하고 마트도 있어서 편리합니다. 이거 다른 사람이 알려지면 호텔료 올릴까봐 약간 걱정되네요. 시내하고는 살짝 거리가 있어서 디디추싱 타고 다녀야 됩니다만 그렇게 먼거는 아니고 호텔 근처에서 전철이 다닙니다 "

"This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian."
