Villa Nia

Villa Nia is a holiday home for 6 people with a pool near Labin and Rabac.

On well-maintained and enclosed property, guests can use a swimming pool with a shallow part for children, hydro massage and waterfall, sun loungers, outdoor shower, seating area and several covered parking spaces. Next to the pool is a covered summer kitchen with fireplace, ideal for all-day lounging. There is also a separate toilet here. The house is situated in a small and quiet village, the nearest town is Labin about 2 km away, the beautiful pebble beaches can be reached in 7 km, in the place Rabac.



Villa Nia is a one-storey house and consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, separate toilet, laundry room and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Marceljani verbracht.Die Eigentümer leben in unmittelbarer Nähe und haben uns sehr freundlich und wie vereinbart empfangen. Alles war unkomliziert und bei Fragen haben sie kurzfristig weitergeholfen. Im Haus und Außenbereich ist alles perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub!Wenn man überhaupt etwas verbessern möchte, könnte es nur das WLAN sein.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Familie Br.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Mit einem Obstkorb und gekühlten Getränken wurden wir von den freundlichen Vermietern begrüßt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Küche perfekt: gute Messer, Markengeschirr, Kaffeemaschine usw. Kaffeefilter, Clopapier, Küchenrolle, Gas für den Außengrill...wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ungefähr gleichgroß und verfügen über je ein Bad, und auch einen TV. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste WC . Innerhalb von 20- 30 Minuten kann man verschiedene Buchten anfahren und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man mehrere Supermärkte in Labin. Restaurants sind in der Nähe, allerdings kaum fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat die...

Ein wunderbares Haus, formidabel ausgestattet bis ins letzte Detail, voll klimatisiert in allen Zimmern (wer zwischendurch mal frieren möchte, kann das auch), hochwertig verbaut im Innen- wie im Außenbereich. Wir hatten nichts zu kritisieren, waren richtig begeistert. Eine sehr sympathische, freundliche, zuvorkommende und doch diskrete Vermieterfamilie, die, in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnend, sich immer kümmert, wenn eine Frage auftaucht. Prima Deutschkenntnisse. Es gab zur Begrüßung gleich einen Obstkorb und diverse Getränke im Aussenkühlschrank, da fühlt man sich willkommen. Die Lage macht es erforderlich, einen PKW vor Ort zu haben. Dann sind aber alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Interspar, Konzum, Plodine, EuroStar, dm, der lokale Frischemarkt, ein Mini-Markt und Tankstellen) in fünf bis zehn Minuten erreichbar. Für gute Restaurant muss man am besten ein klein wenig länger fahren (Restaurant "Bukaleta" in Labin oder Konoba "Rogocana" sind klasse, das Vinez in Marceljani ist gut; Finger weg von Labineta und Pizzeria Pineta!!). Dafür, dass das Haus etwas ab vom Schuss liegt, hat man eine angenehm ruhige Umgebung. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert !
