Sramota od neorganiziranosti i neprofesionalnosti

Zbog prirode posla putujem po cijeloj Hrvatskoj i bio sam gost u preko stotinu hotela. Bilo je raznih iskustava, ali ovakvu razinu neprofesionalnosti i nekorektnosti joĆĄ nisam doĆŸivio. Preko platforme sam rezervirao noćenje sa doručkom uz plaćanje u objektu. Naplaćen mi je polupansion a iznos su mi skinuli unaprijed sa tekućeg?! Tek kada sam im pokazao potvrdu od hotels. com ( expedie) su pokuĆĄali neĆĄto napraviti a trebali im je gotovo pola sata bezglavog zivkanja i "konzultiranja" dok nisu navodno uspjeli rijeĆĄiti greĆĄku. Kako sam zbog te sramotne upravo sumanute (dok sam ih gledao nisam znao bi li se smijao ili plakao) već ozbiljno kasnio nisam pogledao navodno ispravnu verziju računa. Po povratku sa sluĆŸbenog puta sam račun proslijedio u računovodstvo. Odakle su me obavijestili da je na računu naveden polupansion???!?!?!??!!!! Nema smisla navoditi koje je komplikacije izazvala, sad viĆĄe neznam da li (zlo)namjerna opetovana greĆĄka. Pa ukratko rezime, 1)čekanje od pola sata na greĆĄku koju u početku (dok im nisam ja pokazao potvrdu o rezervaciji umjesto da je oni sami nađu) nisu htjeli ni priznati 2) kaĆĄnjenje od skoro pola sata čekalo me 10 kandidata 3) problemi oko obračuna troĆĄkova sluzbenog puta koje tek trebam pokuĆĄati rijeĆĄiti sa računovodstvom A nebitne sitnice oko neviranja, očitog ignoriranja problema, iritantne nezainteresiranosti...itd...itd neću ni spominjati. Sramota, sramota i stid meni je bilo nelagodno u njihovo ime koja su sramota za struku i turizam.

Katastrophe

Wir hatten dieses Hotel zum GlĂŒck nur fĂŒr eine Nacht als Start fĂŒr unsere Kroatien-Rundreise gebucht. Wer auf lauten Schlager, der von der Hotelterrasse schallt, steht, kommt auf seine Kosten. Nach dem Check in ging es aufs Zimmer. Mein Freund ist 1,94m groß und wurde unfreiwillig zum Staub-und FlusenfĂ€nger umfunktioniert als wir den Gang langliefen. Die Decken sollten danach sauber gewesen sein. Im Zimmer angekommen, sorgte der Blick ins WC fĂŒr einen WĂŒrgereiz. Es war einfach nur dreckig. Morgens gegen 5 wird man dann (bei der Wahl eines Zimmers zur Straße hin) von Autos und MotorrĂ€dern geweckt, die durch die NĂ€he zur Straße (direkt vor dem Fenster) durchs Bett zu fahren scheinen. Das WLAN funktionierte auf Grund eines technischen Problems nicht. Im Nachbarhotel konnte man uns weiterhelfen. das Highlight war das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Bereits 9 Uhr war alles leer gefegt, den Platz konnte man nicht selbst wĂ€hlen. Ein zorniger Kellner diktierte uns an welchem Tisch man zu sitzen habe. Unser Wunsch auf der Terrasse Platz zu nehmen wurde bereits von vornherein entschieden abgelehnt. Als man uns beim Check Out nach unserer Zufriedenheit fragte, und wir entsprechend aufzĂ€hlten, war die Antwort: Dann beschweren sie sich doch beim Anbieter. Es war nicht nur die teuerste Nacht des Urlaubs, sondern auch die einzig schlimme! Denn das Land hat Gastfreundlichkeit und tolle Ferienwohnungen zu bieten!

Tre dagars vistelse för sol och bad

Inget wi-fi pÄ hotellet, nÀmns att det finns i lobbyn men det fanns inget dÀr. Blir hÀnvisad till hotellet bredvid och dess lobby för wi-fi, gÄr dit men oerhört instabilt och frustrerande lÄngsamt. Livemusik av varierande karaktÀr till strax efter 23. Frukost och middag som var smak och fantasilös. TyvÀrr inte gott alls och dÄ fanns det endel att vÀlja pÄ. TrÄkig frukost med mycket folk i rörelse. Hotellets inredning Àr frÄn 80-talet med pasteller och lukten av rök Àr stÀndigt nÀrvarande förutom pÄ rummet. Rummet som vi hade var renoverat och frÀscht pÄ 7:e vÄningen med en fin havsutsikt. NÀrhet till strand dÀr badvattnet var sÄdÀr. Tre stora hotellkomplex som smockats upp pÄ liten yta med camping och aktiviteter runtomkring som tennis och minigolf mm. TrÄngt för parkering av egen bil om du ens fick nÄgon plats. Parkering ingick i priset.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Leider Zimmer ohne Balkon aber dafĂŒr war das Essen umso besser. Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!!

tolles Familienhotel

Wir waren als Freunde fĂŒr ein paar Tage dort! Das Hotel liegt in einer riesigen Anlage und ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. FĂŒr Kinder gibt es dort alles: Minigolf, Trampolin, Animation, Basketball,... Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, aber in der Nacht war es immer sehr ruhig. WLAN hat es nur an einen bestimmten Ort gegeben im Hotel, was auch nicht schlecht ist, so kann man wirklich mal komplett abschalten. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr umfangreich, fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, aber hat auch gepasst. Der Strand ist auch in unmittelbarer NĂ€he! Kann das Hotel fĂŒr jeden empfehlen, außer fĂŒr Leute, die eher Ruhe haben wollen bzw eher einen Strand haben möchten, mit wenig Leuten, aber sonst sehr empfehlenswert! Preis - Leistung hat gepasst!
